What is a Panic attack? A Panic attack is a natural response to a stressful situation from your body. Perhaps you have ongoing stress that you haven’t dealt and you allow it to become a part of your everyday life without taking any action or dealing properly with what makes you stressed. Often times we tend to allow external factors that we do not agree with, to take control of our own self-ideas, qualities, or ethical practices. This in return comes back to you as a reminder by your body to do something about it. A panic attack happens usually at the very end when you have been ignoring all the signals from your subconscious and as a result, you now need a more deep shake to make you do the swift, and then you start to experience panic attacks.
